Yolande Stewart was born on 6 April 1975. I grew up on a farm in the Klein Karoo, South Africa. I find beauty in the simple things in life, love animals and nature and prefer a simple lifestyle, close to nature. I started painting in 1997 and completed a Distance learning College Art Diploma in 2001, which taught me the basics of art.
